Our hard-working Customer Care team aim to achieve same-day dispatch on orders made during business hours. However, it may take up to 4 working days dispatch your order during busy periods.

Lost or stolen parcels
If you suspect your delivery from Gino Ventori is lost or stolen, please double check your Australia Post tracking on your purchases before contacting our Customer Care team on 1300 762 288.
During busy periods such as holiday periods please allow extra time for your items to arrive.
International customers
Gino Ventori prices do not include overseas duties or other custom charges that may be applicable depending on your country of origin. Gino Ventori hold no responsibility for any customs/duties charges you may incur.
International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
